Aspen Court Motel Taihape

We got fantastic value for our money, with modern, spacious rooms that were sparkling clean. The friendly staff made our stay even better, we felt right at home.

Morning meal could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The value for the money was fantastic, especially for a family with kids and pets-the room was spacious and comfortable! The staff were super friendly, and the location felt safe with easy parking right outside our door.

Breakfast choices could include more variety.

Good quality place with a magnificent view. A decent size, newly renovated room, free Wi-Fi. Modern interior design, comfy beds. Nice location for Taihape, just off cafe's oneofwhich is right next door, the south island, and the Bay of Plenty and Wellington. Also, handy to supermarket. Useful base for exploring Taihape.

The bed was way too soft for my back, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. Plus, the lack of individual air conditioning meant I was uncomfortably warm, even with the window open. Not a fun experience at all!

By and large, it was chilled-out base for sightseeing in Taihape, had much fun and met nice staff with friendly and helpful manager. Had good and unbeatable location to good restaurant...

everything was simply good. clean, excellent value hotel, the location was nice and unbeatable next to supermarket, and central north island. the breakfast was satisfactory with a great selection of food and free hot drinks.

we had a fantastic stay at aspen court. the two-bedroom suite was open, warm, and impeccably clean, which made it a lovely retreat for our needs. the girls enjoyed the swing set while we appreciated the thoughtful decor and spacious layout. it was conveniently located near cafes, and when we requested a late checkout, the staff were more than happy to accommodate us, which really made our experience even better.

excellent central spot for exploring taihape's attractions

My stay in a warm, nicely presented executive studio was a delight, with the hotel being a short walk from both the giant gumboot statue and the fine mount stewart reserve, making it perfect for wandering around and soaking in the local sights.

The two-bedroom apartment offered ample space and a relaxed atmosphere. The reception lacked warmth during check-in.

The rooms were super spacious, perfect for our family! Clean and comfy too. Only downside was the receptionist could've been friendlier 😊

The two-bedroom apartment we stayed in was large. It was impeccably clean and the decor was modern. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, especially since we couldn't hear any road noise despite being near the main road.

The shower unit could use a thorough cleaning!!! Additional heating options would improve comfort during chilly nights!!! It's frustrating that the spa bath advertised was misunderstood due to vague advertising terminology!!!

What a disappointment, I expected luxury but got a shower unit that was a tad grubby. Not to mention my son had to sleep on the floor due to a broken trundle bed-real classy. After all this, I almost left a good review, but just couldn't! Totally underwhelming experience, steer clear, people!

It was just a good match for an overnight stop in Taihape with excellent value for money. The room was spacious and clean, making our stay comfortable. A tip for future visitors, ask about any local dining options before you arrive to make planning easier.
